Bob Schindler is Founder and President of Mission ONE, a leading agency for partnership with nationals as a key strategy for world evangelization. Founded in 1991, Mission ONE is focused primarily on planting churches among unreached peoples, those who have little or no access to the gospel of Christ.
In addition to serving as President, Bob serves Mission ONE as a conference speaker and in the areas of development and overseas partnerships. He has traveled extensively in Africa and Asia and often leads short-term vision trips for pastors and mission leaders.
Beginning in 1978, Bob, along with his late wife Diana, served for many years in the Bob Schindler Evangelistic Association. In the context of his revival and evangelistic ministy, Bob was invited to Kenya, East Africa in 1988. It was through Bob’s experiences in Kenya that a ministry of partnership with national missionaries was envisioned, which led to the establishment of Mission ONE.
Werner Mischke joined Mission ONE in 1992 after working 15 years in the field of advertising and graphic design. He has served alongside Bob Schindler in various leadership roles. He now serves as Executive Vice President and director of training ministries. After taking the course, Perspectives on the World Christian Movement, in 1993 and 1995, Werner had a desire to create a mobilization resource which gives “average followers of Christ” exposure to some of the dynamic truths found in the Perspectives course—in a less intensive, less demanding format. The result is Operation WorldView, an 8-week DVD missions training resource for local churches and small groups.
Werner is also the designer and editor of the The Beauty of Partnership, a missional learning journey to equip followers of Jesus Christ with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes for healthy cross-cultural partnerships.
Werner’s passions are teaching, communications, and world missions. His work in developing both Operation WorldView and The Beauty of Partnership are the fruit of laboring where those passions intersect.
Our hours are 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday, Mountain Standard Time.
